Enzo Fernandez Sees Red as Argentina Fights Back to Draw with Colombia
Argentina salvaged a 1-1 draw at home against Colombia in the Conmebol World Cup qualifiers on Tuesday night, thanks to Liverpool's Luis Díaz's incredible individual strike that stunned the world champions.

Diaz sped by Argentina players and fired past goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez to give Colombia a surprise lead after 24 minutes.

Enzo Fernández, a Chelsea midfielder, was sent off in the second half for a high foot that landed on Kevin Castaño's forehead. Lionel Messi was then substituted.

Thiago Almada drew Argentina level with nine minutes remaining, firing into the bottom corner past Kevin Mier's frantic dive.

The point keeps Colombia sixth in the race for an automatic qualifying berth, while their losing run now stands at six games.

Argentina leads the CONMEBOL qualification table with 35 points from 16 games, while rivals Brazil secured their World Cup spot with a victory against Paraguay.
