Clare Yardley Leaves BMF After 10 Years to Join Enigma as Creative Services Head
Yardley is one of Australia's most seasoned and renowned Creative Services executives.  She joins Enigma after a decade as Resource & Creative Services Director at BMF Australia.  Her CV also includes a position as Creative Services Director at Saatchi & Saatchi.

Yardley's new role will include implementing agency-wide processes and systems to assure world-class creative work, generate cost efficiency, develop cross-departmental cooperation, and contribute to Enigma and its customers' business growth.  Her appointment is the latest in a series of significant creative department hires this year, including Aldo Ferretto as Creative Director and Head of Art in June and Simon Lee as Chief Creative Officer in March.

Lee states, "A strong Creative Services Director offers the emotionally intelligent oil that keeps an agency humming. Therefore, Clare's arrival is a vital hire for us.  The brief was to locate a talismanic figure for this job, and Clare fits the bill well.  She exudes enthusiasm and has collaborated with many of the greatest in the field; it goes without saying (but I'll say it anyway) that we're thrilled to have her on board."

Yardley says, "I'm thrilled to have joined Enigma. Finding an agency that actually appreciates creative operations while generating high-quality work is amazing.  I adore the vibe of the area and the people, and I'm excited to start changing how we work."
