Liam Payne’s Son Bear Honors His Father with a Heartfelt Tribute at Funeral Service
As celebrities gathered to bid farewell to One Direction member Liam Payne, one incredibly heartbreaking image emerged from the service.

A heartbreaking memorial to Liam Payne by his 7-year-old son has been photographed outside the former One Direction star's burial.

Payne, 31, was laid to rest in a private service on Wednesday, attended by a small group of people including his family and former bandmates Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson.

The singer's ex-partner Cheryl Tweedy was sighted at the 12th-century chapel, but their son, Bear, was not photographed.

However, his message to his beloved father was displayed on top of his dark blue coffin: a white and blue floral arrangement spelling out the word "Daddy".

With millions of admirers across the world mourning the pop star's untimely death, the simple note served as a poignant reminder of the heartbroken young kid at the center of the tragedy.

A red garland saying "Son" hung alongside the allusion to Bear, and a floral display in the shape of bowling pins, Payne's favorite activity, could be seen at the church's door.

Tweedy's former Girls Aloud band members, Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts, as well as Payne's fiancée Kate Cassidy, Damian Hurley, the son of actress Liz Hurley, former X Factor judge Simon Cowell and his partner, Lauren Silverman, and British actor James Corden, were all in attendance.

Meanwhile, Payne's grieving parents, Geoff and Karen, were seen outside the church door prior to the funeral, watching as their son's casket passed by.
A source told the Sun about the "difficult" day before the launch.

"His family have gone to great lengths to put together the perfect service and give him the send-off he deserves," a source told me.

"Liam may have been a global sensation, but to Geoff and Karen, he will always remain their little kid. It's going to be an extremely terrible day."

On October 16, Payne died after falling from the third-floor balcony of his hotel room in Argentina.

Local authorities reported that Payne used alcohol, cocaine, and a prescription antidepressant within 72 hours of his death.

Prosecutors also prohibited "self-harm of any kind and/or physical intervention by third parties".

Payne died as a result of his injuries acquired during the accident. A toxicology analysis revealed that Payne had a combination of narcotics in his system, including cocaine, crack, and benzodiazepine, a sort of depressive.

After learning of his son's death, Payne's father traveled to South America to assist authorities in transporting his body back to the United Kingdom.
