Kanye West and Companion Banned from Venice Boat Company Following Disruptive Behaviour

Kanye West and his companion, Bianca Censori, have reportedly faced a ban from a Venice boat company due to their recent behavior aboard one of its vessels.

The rapper, who legally adopted the name "Ye" in 2021, was photographed with Australian architectural designer Censori during a boat ride in Venice at the end of August. Some of the pictures showed them in a compromising position, with West, 46, photographed with his trousers down and his backside exposed, while Censori, 28, appeared to be in an awkward position between his legs.

Following the release of these photos, the boat company issued a statement declaring that the famous couple is no longer welcome on their future trips. Both West and Censori have been banned from using the company's services.

A spokesperson for Venezia Turismo Motoscafi, a company known to serve celebrity clientele such as Lady Gaga, Harry Styles, and Ben Affleck, explained that the boat's driver had not witnessed "these obscenities" as they were focused on water traffic.

The statement further added that if the driver had observed any inappropriate behavior from the couple, they would have "immediately disembarked and reported the transgressors to the authorities."

"In addition, there was a third person on board the taxi, who accompanied Mr. and Mrs. West, obstructing the captain's view to the stern in any case," the statement read. "We completely dissociate ourselves from such acts and behavior. Mr. West and his wife will certainly no longer be welcome on board our company's boats."

Representatives for Censori and West have not yet provided a comment.

The couple is said to have had a non-legally binding marriage ceremony earlier this year, following their public appearance together in January. This ceremony reportedly occurred two months after West's divorce from reality TV star Kim Kardashian, with whom he shares four children.

While Kanye West initially gained fame for his music career in the early 2000s, he has recently been in the spotlight for his controversial behavior and remarks, including those considered antisemitic. He has faced backlash, lost partnerships with Adidas and Balenciaga, and had his Twitter account suspended multiple times due to his online actions. West's remarks and actions have garnered criticism from fellow celebrities, and he has been involved in various controversies in recent years.
