Apple Introduces AppleCare One: Streamlined, Value-Packed Protection

Apple today launched AppleCare One, a new service that allows users to cover multiple Apple products with a single plan. Customers can cover up to three products in one package for only $19.99 per month, with the opportunity to add more at any time for $5.99 per month per device. Customers with AppleCare One receive one-stop service and support from Apple specialists for all of the Apple items covered by their plan, providing simple, affordable peace of mind. Beginning tomorrow, customers in the United States can sign up for AppleCare One directly on their iPhone, iPad, or Mac, or by visiting their nearest Apple Store.
"At Apple, we're focused on creating and delivering exceptional experiences," stated Bob Borchers, Apple's VP of Worldwide Product Marketing. "Built on the trusted foundation of AppleCare+, AppleCare One extends that same reliability and makes it easier than ever to protect the products you love and depend on, like iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, combining simplicity and exceptional value."
Protect All Your Apple Devices Under One Affordable Plan
AppleCare One provides all of the features of AppleCare+, such as unlimited repairs for mishaps like drops and spills, 24-hour priority assistance from Apple professionals, quick and convenient Apple-certified service, and battery protection. AppleCare One now includes theft and loss insurance for the iPad and Apple Watch in addition to the iPhone.
AppleCare One cost is the same regardless of the goods covered, allowing a consumer to enroll their iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch and save up to $11 per month compared to enrolling in individual AppleCare+ plans for each. Additional goods cost $5.99 per month each.
Add Eligible Devices You Already Own
Customers with AppleCare One can now add goods that are up to four years old and in good condition. This gives customers more ways to protect their devices, going beyond the current 60-day window for purchasing AppleCare+.
A Plan Designed for Evolving User Needs
AppleCare One also streamlines plan management. When a consumer trades in a covered product directly with Apple, it is automatically removed from their AppleCare One plan and replaced with the new device. Furthermore, as a monthly plan, AppleCare One allows consumers to keep coverage for as long as they want across as many items as they want, including the freedom to switch goods in and out of their plan at any time.
