Sachin Tendulkar Says No Batter Likes Facing India’s Mohammed Siraj
Tendulkar claimed that despite consistently delivering the knockout blow in India, Siraj frequently goes unnoticed and does not receive the recognition he deserves.
Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar praised Mohammed Siraj's tireless performance during the England tour, where he finished with the most wickets in the series. Siraj rose to the situation, taking five wickets at Edgbaston and the Oval to help India win vital matches. In the absence of Jasprit Bumrah, Siraj delivered a game-changing spell at the Oval. With a fifer in the second innings, he ran riot with the old ball, turning the tide in India's favour and assisting the visitors to a memorable victory.

Tendulkar praised Siraj for his brave performance throughout the series, remarking how his sharp swing continuously tormented opposing hitters and how he effectively maintained his speed even on the final day of the game.

"Unbelievable. Excellent approach. I appreciate his attitude. Tendulkar commented, "I love the spring in his legs." "No batsmen would relish having a fast bowler continually in their face. And the attitude he took to the finish on the last day, I could hear pundits stating he bowled above 90mph (145kph) after bowling over 1000 deliveries throughout the series. "That demonstrates his bravery and big heart," Tendulkar wrote on his Reddit page.

Siraj's most memorable performance came on the fifth day of the last Test at the Oval, when his tenacity helped India bowl out England for 367 in a chase of 374. He was named Player of the Match after taking nine wickets across two innings.
