Watch: Virat Kohli's Take on Hardik Pandya's Sixes Sparks Epic Reaction from Rohit Sharma
Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma had a wonderful moment in the dressing room after India defeated Australia by four wickets in the Champions Trophy semifinals.

On Tuesday, Rohit Sharma's men overcame Australia in the Champions Trophy 2025 semifinals, sending the Indian cricket team to another ICC final.  Virat Kohli established the groundwork for India's difficult run chase with a brilliant 84 off 98 balls, while Shreyas Iyer and KL Rahul contributed well in the middle.  Given India's terrible record versus Australia in ICC knockout games, the scenes from the dressing room demonstrated how happy the players were to be in the final, particularly skipper Rohit Sharma and senior marksman Virat Kohli.

A video has surfaced on social media, capturing the celebrations that occurred in the Indian dressing room following the team's victory.  The video begins with Kohli delightfully describing Hardik Pandya's consecutive sixes, eliciting an epic reaction from Rohit.  Later in the video, Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya, and Rohit Sharma were seen jumping with joy as their emotions ran freely.

With the win over Australia, Team India avenged their 2023 ODI World Cup final loss to the same opponents, but the attention now shifts to going the distance in the final on Sunday.

As India demonstrated great consistency to reach the Champions Trophy final, many have accused them of having an 'unfair edge' by playing all of their matches in Dubai.  When India's head coach, Gautam Gambhir, was asked about it in the post-match news conference, he ripped the claim to pieces.

"I understand there's a lot of controversy regarding excessive advantage.  But what constitutes an excessive advantage?  First and foremost, this is a neutral location for us, just as it is for any other team.  "I don't remember which tournament we played in this stadium the last time," Gambhir stated during the post-match press conference.

"We have not rehearsed here for even a day.  We practiced at the ICC Academy.  The conditions there and here are 180 degrees apart. Some people are perpetual cribbers.  So, I believe we had no undue advantage," he added.

India will now meet the winner of the second semi-final between South Africa and New Zealand in the title match on Sunday.
